If you like bike paths off the main roads, you will be charmed by the TransTerrebonne. The circuits of TransTerrebonne will make you discover wooded areas where you will feel far from the city. The TransTerrebonne has been designed for family walks and to admire the landscape. This bike path, sometimes paved sometimes with rock dust, will take you to the western limit of Terrebonne, the Parc de la Rivière Terrebonne or La Plaine away from car traffic.
The La Coulée Ecological Park is one of the popular starting points for families heading to the West section, which is more family friendly and set back from traffic. Parking at the Bus Terminus at 5000 Côte de Terrebonne is also a good starting point for the various circuits. The family stretch is a distance of 13 km one way (from the Ecological Park of the Coulée to the park of Pommeraie) and plan to retrace your steps which makes a total of 26 km return. Beware of the expert section that is not suitable for family. Access is free!
