Mario Durand, cook and pastry chef, operates a family sugar bush in Mascouche and offers you 100% artisanal products cooked with passion and know-how.

The products offered vary from season to season:

• 100% pure maple syrup tarts, maple syrup produced directly on site at the maple grove
• Fruit tarts (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, depending on the season!)
• Sourdough bread
• Nut bread
• Maple products (maple butter, maple syrup) * in season
• Multiple cakes depending on the season and the holidays (Yule logs, Operas etc.)
• Pizza
