A family business established for 35 years in Mascouche, Boucherie La Pintade has been brilliantly operated since 2008 by Stéphane and Sylvain Larocque, the two sons of the founder.
You will find superior quality meats on site, thanks to a wide choice of cuts and pieces of meat marinated on site: marinated spare ribs, whiskey-marinated bison spare ribs, marinated chicken, beef or veal skewers, tabs and flank steak, game, duck legs, lamb shanks, Valleyfield grills, seafood (shrimp, salmon, scallops).
